1. Engagement Scope
Culmen Digital delivers digital marketing consulting, SEO architecture, web engineering, paid media management, and automation services. All engagements are executed against written Statements of Work (SOWs) specifying milestones and deliverables.
2. 100% Asset Ownership
Unlike traditional agencies that restrict access to campaign data, all custom code, topical maps, entity architectures, automation scenarios, and ad account setups created during paid engagements are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon invoice settlement.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client business metrics, internal processes, and market data. We never share proprietary client strategies with competing entities.
